The proposal to declassify the Board of Directors over a three-year period was not approved. The proposal to ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2025 was approved. Additionally, shareholders voted to elect A. Nigel Hearne, Robert W. Pease, Sigmund L. Cornelius, and Michael A. Heim to the Board of Directors.
