据彭博社，BlackRock 计划认购 Circle Internet Group 拟议 IPO 中约 10% 的发行股份。根据向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件，Circle 及其包括 CEO Jeremy Allaire 在内的部分股东拟通过此次发行募集最多 6.24 亿美元，Ark Investment 亦有意认购至多 1.5 亿美元股份。Circle 的 IPO 认购倍数已超发行规模，定价预计于 6 月 4 日确定。
