金管局公布，认可机构的存款总额在4月份上升0.6%，其中港元存款下跌0.7%，外币存款则上升1.6%，主要反映企业资金流动。由年初截至4月底计，存款总额及港元存款分别上升4.1%及4.4%。
香港人民币存款在4月份上升7.4%，于4月底为10,309亿元人民币，主要反映企业资金流动。跨境贸易结算的人民币汇款总额于4月份为13,621亿元人民币，而3月份为11,840亿元人民币。
4月份贷款与垫款总额下跌0.2%，由年初截至4月底计则上升0.5%。其中在香港使用的贷款(包括贸易融资)及香港境外使用的贷款在4月份分别下跌0.1%及0.3%。由于港元贷款与港元存款跌幅相近，港元贷存比率于4月底大致维持不变，仍为72.3%。
4月份港元货币供应量M2及M3均下跌0.6%，与去年同期比较则分别上升6.5%及6.6%。4月份经季节因素调整的港元货币供应量M1下跌1%，与去年同期比较则上升5.5%，部分反映投资相关活动。货币供应量总额M2及M3于4月份均上升0.7%，与去年同期比较，M2及M3均上升9.3%。(ha/j)
