Sarawak Consolidated Industries (KLSE:SCIB) unit SCIB Building Solutions agreed to sell of a piece of freehold industrial land in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia for 8.2 million ringgit.
The land, measuring about 10035 square metres, was sold to BESI-TECH Engineering, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt, to pay off expenses, and to boost working capital, it added.
