The audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended December 31, 2024, were received and considered. A final dividend out of the share premium account was declared. Ms. Chan Yik Yu was re-elected as an executive director, and Mr. Chan Chi Yuen was also re-elected as an executive director.
