5月30日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局商洛监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，陕西山阳农村商业银行因贷前调查不尽职、贷款管理不到位导致信贷资金被挪用、财务会计部负责人不符合任职条件且未向监管部门报告相关情况即履职，被商洛金融监管分局罚款85万元。

　　同时，6名相关责任人被罚。其中，5人被警告，1人被罚款5万元。
