继崔女士不再担任董事会主席，现任执行董事徐映川获委任为董事会代理主席、提名委员会主席及成员及薪酬委员会成员，自2025年5月30日起生效。徐先生将担任董事会代理主席直至新任董事会主席获委任为止。
赵善能已获委任为公司非执行董事，自2025年5月30日起生效。
王雪光因其他工作原因，于2025年5月30日辞任独立非执行董事、提名委员会、公司的审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员。
