China Bohai Bank Co. Ltd. held its first extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on January 20, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved. These included the election of Mr. OUYANG Yong as an independent non-executive director of the bank. The National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the qualification of Mr. OUYANG Yong, who will serve as the chairperson of both the Risk Management and Green Finance Committee and the Related Party Transactions Control Committee, as well as a member of the Audit and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
