The Coalition’s new industrial relations spokesman, Tim Wilson, will push for policies that encourage school children to take up side hustles and not default to working for an employer.
“I’m looking at how we build a culture where it’s normalised for school kids to chance a side hustle, that creates a community appetite for start-ups and small businesses, not just an instinctive default to salaried work,” he said on Thursday.
