创升控股(02680)公布年度业绩 净亏损约3528.7万港元 同比盈转亏

智通财经APP讯，创升控股(02680)公布截至2025年2月28日止年度的年度业绩，收益总额约1.68亿港元，同比增加约412.4%。净亏损约3528.7万港元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损68.78港仙。

公告称，收益增加主要由于成功扩大其配售及包销业务的产品及服务范围，纳入债务资本市场;获更多投资基金委任为投资经理并增加其在管资产的规模;及增加放债业务项下的有抵押个人贷款服务及企业贷款服务，导致集团的配售及包销业务、资产管理业务以及放债业务产生的收益较截至2024年2月29日止年度分别增加约1,288%、约15.2%及约55.1%，尽管集团的企业融资业务、证券交易及经纪业务及证券融资业务产生的收益较截至2024年2 月29日止年度分别减少约27.6%、约4.5%及约52.7%。

由溢利转为亏损的变动主要由于本年度透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的未变现净亏损约1630万港元及透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的已变现净亏损约980万港元所致，相对截至2024年2月29日止年度透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的未变现净收益则约260万港元及透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产的已变现净收益则约1980万港元。
