5月26日，知名投资研究平台Simply Wall St发布的消息显示，时代天使科技有限公司（以下简称“时代天使”）上个季度出现了内部人士减持行为，公司前高管陈锴在高位（每股61.48港元）减持股份，套现约1100万港元，这也是过去一年最大的一笔内部人士出售交易。

　　Simply Wall St认为，对于普通股东而言，了解公司内部人士的持股比例非常重要。时代天使的内部人士持有约18%的股份，市值约为18亿港元，这一较高的持股比例通常被视为管理层与股东利益一致的积极信号。

　　Simply Wall St数据显示，过去一年，时代天使内部人士呈现“净卖出”的趋势，即出售的股份数量大于购买的股份数量。Simply Wall St称“在过去三个月里，没有任何内部人士买入时代天使的股份，回顾过去一年，我们也未看到任何买入记录。”

　　这些内部交易数据为了解时代天使提供了有价值的参考，并进一步揭示了公司可能面临的风险。Simply Wall St认为，这是一个潜在的警示信号，投资者应当将此作为评估公司前景的关键因素之一。

　　截至5月29日15时，时代天使股价回落至55.98港元/股，较陈锴减持价回落超过9.82%。记者注意到，在过去12个月里，陈锴是唯一一位出售公司股份的内部人士。
