近日，百度向李彦宏支付私人飞机费用的消息引发热议。
百度 财报显示，2024年，百度向年内在职的高级管理人员，支付合共4900万元的现金薪酬；同期，也向非执行董事，整体支付合共140万元现金薪酬。这两项薪酬合计为5040万元。
百度甚至为李彦宏支付了其飞机的使用费用。财报披露，2022年、2023年及2024年，经董事会批准，百度向李彦宏支付其为配合公司业务所需，而使用其个人家庭实益所有的飞机所产生的费用及开支。它强调，使用飞机的每小时费用，是根据租赁同类飞机的市场收费分析而厘定。近三年，使用飞机所收取的服务费，并不重大。
对此，百度公关经理郭晓倩发文回应此事。
她表示，今天看到有媒体发关于百度支付CEO因公出行的飞机费用的文章，仔细看了下，这其实是4月份发布公司年度财报时就已经公开披露过的信息了。
她指出跟同事详细了解了下百度作为上市公司，对于公司的相关交易行为都需要进行准确和及时的披露，关于支付因公飞行费用，就在其中一个类目。所以这个事简单来说：规范，合理。此外，这类事其实在国内外各大厂也很常见。
