(ii) 证明并无针对本集团管理层及/或对本公司管理及营运有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及/或性格的合理监管疑虑，而有关疑虑可能会对投资者构成风险并损害市场信心;
(iii) 进行独立内部监控检讨，证明本公司已具备足够内部监控及程序以符合上市规则;
(iv) 重新遵守上市规则第3.10(1)、3.10(2)、3.10A、3.21、3.25及3.27A条;及

此外，公司股份继续停牌。
