智通财经APP讯，冠轈控股(01872)发布公告，于2025年5月30日交易时段后，公司与配售代理已订立配售协议，据此，公司同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份4.30港元向不少于六名承配人配售最多1.123亿股配售股份。配售价较于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份4.16港元溢价约3.37%。
扣除配售事项的估计开支后，配售事项所得款项净额估计约为4.78亿港元。
