Cousins Properties Inc. has announced the pricing of a new debt offering through its operating partnership, Cousins Properties LP. The company is issuing $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes. These notes carry an interest rate of 5.250% and are priced at 99.987% of the principal amount. They are set to mature in 2030. The offering is expected to close on June 6, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. The proceeds from this offering will be used to repay the outstanding principal amount of privately placed senior notes due in 2025, as well as to repay borrowings under its credit facility and for other general corporate purposes.
