智通财经APP讯，兖矿能源(01171)发布公告，于2025年5月30日，公司的关连附属公司鲁西矿业与菏泽煤电(为鲁西矿业的非全资附属公司)已订立借款合同，据此，鲁西矿业同意向菏泽煤电提供本金为人民币10亿元的内部借款，期限为3年。年利率为3.10%。菏泽煤电以净值不低于借款金额的资产向鲁西矿业提供抵质押担保，并将办理相关资产的抵质押手续。
