Odaily星球日报讯 加拿大上市投资公司 SOL Strategies 近日向当地证券监管机构提交了初步基础招股说明书，计划募集最高 10 亿美元资金，以进一步扩大其对 Solana 生态的投资。公司表示，此举将为其提供在未来适时发行普通股、认股权证、认购收据、单位或债务证券的灵活性。目前暂无发行计划。 SOL Strategies 前身为 Cypherpunk Holdings，曾专注于比特币和加密资产投资，去年起转型聚焦 Solana 生态。今年 4 月，公司宣布与 ATW Partners 建立 5 亿美元可转债融资额度，并已使用首笔 2000 万美元购入 122,524 枚 SOL。公司股价自战略调整以来已上涨逾 2000%，目前报 2.27 加元。（The Block）
