智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(02465)发布公告，随着公司海外业务的逐年增长，外币结算日益频繁，为控制汇率风险，降低汇率波动对公司经营业绩造成的不利影响，公司及下属公司拟开展外汇套期保值业务。公司以正常生产经营为基础，以具体经营业务为依托，以规避和防范汇率风险为目的开展相关外汇套期保值业务，不进行投机和套利交易，资金使用安排合理，不会影响公司主营业务的发展。
本次开展外汇套期保值业务，选择与公司业务背景、经营方式、经营周期等相适应的外汇交易品种与交易工具，预计可以有效控制汇率波动风险敞口。
公司(含下属子公司)拟使用不超过5000万美元或等值外币的自有资金进行外汇套期保值业务，缴纳的保证金比例根据与金融机构的具体协议确定。在股东会授权期限内上述额度可循环滚动使用，任一时点的占用资金不超过上述额度。
