BlockBeats News, May 30th, Trump released a lengthy post in response to recent court rulings on his trade policies, stating that the US Court of International Trade made an unbelievably unfavorable ruling on the tariffs the US urgently needs, but fortunately, a panel of 11 judges from the US Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has just suspended the ruling. The Court of International Trade's ruling was so wrong, so politicized. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will promptly and decisively overturn this terrible, nation-threatening decision. This terrible decision suggests that I must have Congress's approval to impose these tariffs.
In other words, hundreds of politicians will sit in Washington for weeks, even months, trying to determine how to charge countries that engage in unfair trade practices against us. If allowed to do this, it will completely undermine the President's power—the presidency will be very different from what it was before. (FXStreet)
