韩国总统李在明承诺100万亿韩元AI投资计划，扩展AI基础设施。

　　具体实施路径上，100万亿韩元民间投资将通过设立国家基金实现，允许民众、企业、政府及养老基金等多元经济主体参与。个人与企业投资时可享受所得税、法人税减免。

　　同时，计划将AI数据中心定义为新一代社会间接资本（SOC），大力扩展AI基础设施。

　　此外，将推行“全民AI项目”，构建AI基础型社会，核心目标是使全体公民熟练应用AI技术。为此计划开发韩版大型语言模型（LLM）并开源，通过降低技术门槛引导企业推出多元化服务。

　　据悉，韩国国家研发项目预算分配调整方案将于本月末出台，该方案将成为观测新政府政策与投资方向的重要风向标。
