中联重科(01157.HK) 公布，今日(4日)向湖南钢铁集团进一步收购一间从事财务租赁业务及提供保险代理服务公司36%股权，收购价格为7.23亿元人民币(下同)。
2025年5月28日，公司就收购一间从事财务租赁业务及提供保险代理服务目标公司的45%股权，与卖方签署了产权交易合同，收购价格约为9.04亿元人民币。但交易尚未完成。截至本公告刊发之日，公司持有目标公司的19%股权。两宗收购事项完成后，公司将会持有目标公司的100%股权，而目标公司的业绩亦会合并入公司的财务报表。
公司取得目标公司的全部控制权后，将对其业务管理模式进一步升级，按照“数字化”、“端对端”全链条、全流程管理业务，打造产融结合的大数据的智能决策模型，更好地把控业务经营质量，提升盈利能力，以及提升公司的综合风控能力。(hc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-04 16:25。)
