新浪科技讯 6月4日下午消息，比亚迪法务部公布了打击网络侵权案件的最新进展，“近几年，我们屡遭网络黑媒体及黑公关有组织、有策划、有节奏的恶意攻击和造谣抹黑，相关虚假信息及不实言论，严重损害企业声誉，扰乱市场秩序，对行业健康发展造成负面影响。”

　　比亚迪公关总经理李云飞随后转发微博表示，这只是一部分诉讼的进展，“目前我们在诉黑号37个，此外还有126个账号已进入黑号观察名单。这些黑号发布的内容和相关评论区，我们全都会做证据保全！我们接受媒体的批评与监督，但对黑公关和黑媒体，绝不姑息，一追到底！”
