英伟达高薪挖角台积电工程师：硕士毕业生36~60万元，高级工程师132万元起

IT之家 6 月 4 日消息，在上个月的台北电脑展 2025 主题演讲中，黄仁勋官宣英伟达中国台湾地区办事处落址台北北投士林科技园区，黄仁勋表示将尽快开始建造，为员工提供办公空间。
目前，英伟达正以高额薪酬方案吸引台积电工程师跳槽，以支持其扩张计划。
据东森新闻（EBC）报道，英伟达对于资深工程师给出的年薪超过 550 万新台币（IT之家注：现汇率约合 131.9 万元人民币），员工同时还可获得传统的年终奖及十分可观股票期权。
1）硕士毕业生（无工作经验）：150~250 万新台币（现汇率约合 36 ~ 59.9 万元人民币）
2）2-3 年经验的资深工程师：300 万新台币（现汇率约合 71.9 万元人民币）起
3）高级工程师：550 万新台币（现汇率约合 131.9 万元人民币）起
