** Shares in Redcare Pharmacy RDC.DE fall around 13% after Kepler Cheuvreux cut its rating on the German online drug retailer to "hold" from "buy"
** The broker flags a "critical" risk with the switch to digital prescription system GesundheitsID in Germany from April 2026
** "Unless patients obtain and use a GesundheitsID, they will no longer be able to redeem e-prescriptions via online pharmacy apps using online Cardlink technology," it writes, referring to existing system
** It notes that with limited public awareness and no current mandate to compel GesundheitsID adoption, there is material risk that a large portion of Redcare e-prescription customers would be temporarily or permanently excluded from digital fulfilments channels
** Redcare Pharmacy's stock falls to more than one year low; it is at the bottom of Germany's mid-caps .MDAXI index and Europe-wide STOXX 600 .STOXX index
