专利摘要显示，本发明公开了一种蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法，在混合陶瓷原料中添加有复合添加剂，所述混合陶瓷原料和所述复合添加剂的重量比为(30～50)：(50～70)，所述复合添加剂包括片状氧化铝30～54份、纳米氧化锌2～10份和金属钼颗粒1～5份，经球磨、捏合、精炼、挤压成型、烘干、烧结制得。本发明通过优化原料配方——将铝矾土用片状氧化铝来代替；掺入有益添加剂——纳米氧化锌、金属钼颗粒；利用原有的挤出成型设备实现片状氧化铝的层状结构从而搭建了以层状氧化铝为“砖”、金属钼颗粒为“泥”以及锌铝尖晶石微粒为“凸起”的仿贝壳珍珠层结构。
