IT之家 6 月 4 日消息，美光当地时间昨日宣布在业界率先推出基于第六代 10nm 级制程（IT之家注：按美光命名为 1γ、1-gamma，按三星和 SK 海力士命名为 1c）的 LPDDR5x DRAM 内存。

美光的 1γ LPDDR5x 可实现业界一流的 10.7Gbps（较准确值应为 10667MT/s）数据传输速率，同时相较上代 1β 产品节省 20% 功耗。

此外其 DRAM 模块厚度达到了最低的 0.61mm，相较美光 1β LPDDR5x 降低 14%，也比友商低 6%，为超薄与折叠屏智能手机留出了更大设计空间。

美光的 1γ 制程是其第一代 EUV DRAM 内存工艺，此前已在 DDR5 上得到应用。而其 1γLPDDR5x 现正向指定合作伙伴提供 16GB 封装容量的样品，并将提供从 8GB 到 32GB 的各种容量，搭载在 2026 年的旗舰智能手机上。
