智通财经APP获悉，美国保险公司Ategrity Specialty Insurance周二公布了IPO条款。这家总部位于纽约的公司计划以每股14美元至16美元的价格发行670万股股票，筹资1亿美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中点计算，Ategrity Specialty Insurance完全稀释后的市值将达到7.06亿美元。
Ategrity是一家专业保险公司，致力于为美国中小型企业提供商业超额和盈余类保险。截至2025年3月31日，公司拥有512个分销合作伙伴网络。该公司提供财产险(2024年占毛承保保费的40%)和意外险(60%)，目前专注于房地产、酒店、建筑和零售等垂直领域。2024年，Ategrity的毛承保保费为4.37亿美元，综合赔付率为93.9%。
Ategrity Specialty Insurance成立于2018年，截至2025年3月31日的12个月销售额为3.51亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证交所上市，股票代码为“ASIC”。摩根大通、巴克莱、花旗、道明证券和富国证券是此次交易的联合簿记行。Ategrity预计将于2025年6月9日当周定价。
