智通财经APP讯，火岩控股(01909)公布，为发展及扩大集团的业务，该集团计划通过Goodvibe International Limited (Goodvibe)，一间该公司于英属维京群岛成立主要从事投资控股业务的全资附属公司，于印尼设立研发团队并发行游戏，亦会适时把握机会透过其收购或投资游戏及其他与集团业务能产生互动的互联网项目。该集团拟拨付约港币六千万元(金额将因应市况及具体资金需求调整)作为未来三年于东南亚持续发展的资金。
经过对海外市场的深入调研及理解，该集团计划未来以印尼市场作为继新加坡及泰国之后第三个深耕的东南亚市场。公司董事会将利用以往于其他市场发行游戏的经验，研究于印尼发行或营运新游戏并预期集团能够将过去在东南亚其他市场的成功经验，复制到印尼市场。
该集团预期印尼业务将于2025年下半年开始设立研发团队及于2026年中产生收入，并在东南亚市场增加集团的知名度。于本公告日期，集团尚未于印尼开始任何业务，也没有任何收入记录。董事会预期集团将继续专注于泰国及东南亚市场，以作为集团的重要收入来源。
