Odaily星球日报讯 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）于周五晚间向 REX Shares 与 Osprey Funds 发出警告，称其拟推出的质押型以太坊与 Solana ETF 产品可能不符合《投资公司法》中“投资公司”的定义，未能满足 ETF 的法律合规要求。 两家公司此前提交注册声明，拟通过 C 型公司结构创建基金，将至少 50%的资产用于质押以获取额外收益。彭博分析师 James Seyffart 称该提案采用了“多项巧妙的法律与监管规避策略”。 SEC 在信中指出，该注册声明在一些“未解决问题”获释前即生效，违反程序，并已要求发行人推迟其生效。SEC 助理主任 Brent J.
