智通财经APP讯，达力普控股(01921)发布公告，公司河北沧州制造基地新建的两条油管智能生产线已试车成功，将于近期正式投产运营，从此结束了公司由套管生产线生产油管的低效率、高成本的油管生产模式。
该生产线的投入是集团持续降低生产成本、优化产品结构的措施之一，对有效提高油管产品的市场竞争力至为重要：1.新建油管智能生产线全面集成物联网(IoT)与实时信息监控等先进系统，实现全流程智能制造、数字化管理;2.实现了油管产品规格的全覆盖，可满足国内外多元化市场需求;3.该生产线相较于之前由套管生产线生产油管，生产效率可提升35%，人工配置可减少30%;4.公司可大幅提升油管高端产品的生产能力，实现了油管产品结构向高端化、定制化转型。
董事会认为，新的油管专用加工线是公司技术迭代与产能升级的重要里程碑，新生产线的高端智能制造技术也将应用于集团计划于萨勒曼国王能源城(SPARK)建设的沙特阿拉伯达曼生产基地，预期对中长期收益产生积极影响。集团将加大研发创新投入，强化赋能作用，驱动制造智能化、信息化、数字化转型，全面夯实能源装备领域的核心竞争力。
