根据《公司法》及《公司章程》的相关规定，董事会建议：(1)提名曾晖女士及骆小林先生为第四届董事会执行董事候选人;(2)提名尹光星先生、舒荃先生、熊洁敏女士、李水平先生及彭曦远先生为第四届董事会非执行董事候选人;及(3)提名刘兴华先生、杨爱林先生、何恩良先生及王菲米兰女士为第四届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。
