智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)公布，于2025年6月3日，公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人临清市中运城市发展有限公司订立融资租赁，以代价人民币1700万元(相当于约港币1853万元)自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为32个月，融资租赁的付款总额约为人民币1925.6万元。资产包括承租人位于中国山东省聊城市的若干指定供热设备及设施。
