智通财经APP获悉，金力永磁(06680)现涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.96%，报15.28港元，成交额1亿港元。
消息面上，商务部海关总署公告2025年第18号文公布了对含中重稀土材料的出口管制，相关物项的出口需要向国务院商务主管部门申请许可。据悉，2025年一季度金力永磁的出口销售占总收入的17%，当中对美国出口大概占7%。
国证国际指出，市场可能担忧中国对于稀土出口管制的影响，出口的中重稀土材料需要获得审批。虽然这对于公司的出口效率会有一定影响，但是公司也在积极的申请出口令，并不会影响中长期的需求。该行指出，目前金力永磁价格H股相对A股仍有35%的折价，相对吸引，建议投资者关注。
