招银国际发表研究报告指，本港日前正式通过稳定币条例，加上美国推动GENIUS法案，受气氛带动，众安在线(06060.HK) 上周的股价大升55%。该行指出，虽然股价上升是受市场情绪推动，但预期随着保险业务的承保改善，市场会开始对众安展开估值重评。
该行表示，随着香港稳定币条例将于今年生效，相信首批参与金管局稳定币发行商沙盒的公司将成为香港虚拟资产资金流动的主要受惠者，并为关联公司带来业绩上升的机会。在保险方面，该行认为强劲的医疗和汽车保费带来的收入增长，以及CoR(综合成本率)的改善将巩固利润结构。
