消息面上，香港特别行政区政府于5月30日在宪报刊登《稳定币条例》，这意味着《稳定币条例》正式成为法例。5月21日，香港立法会正式三读通过《稳定币条例草案》，预计今年底前机构可向香港金融管理局申请成为合规的稳定币发行商。
据悉，OSL为香港唯一持牌且上市的数字资产交易平台。华创证券指出，OSL集团加速国际扩张，内生与外延式增长并行。2024年收入同比增长78.6%、净利润扭亏为盈。作为香港持牌虚拟资产交易平台，预计OSL将在构建稳定币生态系统方面具备关键能力。
