香港联交所最新资料显示，6月3日，普汇中金国际(00997)股东将股票存入英皇证券香港，存仓市值450.28万港元，占比15.4%。

普汇中金国际中期业绩显示，截至2024年9月30日止6个月，公司总收入4442.5万港元，同比减少5.9%;公司拥有人应占亏损约2.29亿港元，同比扩大116.51%。

公告称，收入减少主要由于产品组合规模减小导致融资担保及其他金融服务业务的收入大幅下降。亏损增加的主要原因是非经营性质但由于本期间投资物业公平值变动及汇兑亏损。
