近日，受持续强降雨影响，云南省怒江州贡山县独龙江乡发生多起地质灾害。截至6月3日9时45分，中国移动云南公司抢通独龙江乡传输断点光缆，独龙江乡大部分4/5G基站恢复。

5月31日10时37分，灾害造成独龙江乡通信网络站点大面积中断，中国移动云南公司使用卫星传输基站保障独龙江乡政府所在地通信正常。中国移动云南公司立即启动防汛应急预案，组织独龙江乡现场维护人员进行光缆抢修，同时紧急调派精干力量、小型卫星应急车、非视距微波、卫星背包站等驰援。独龙江现场维护人员踏过塌方、蹚过泥石流，全力开展断点抢修，于18时10分抢通独龙江乡主要区域网络。

由于持续降雨，6月1日0时37分，贡山县城至独龙江乡通信光缆因泥石流灾害再次中断。中国移动云南公司组织3支抢修队伍，分别从贡山县城和独龙江乡赶往灾害区域全力抢修网络，于16时33分恢复。

独龙江乡中国移动营业厅设立便民服务点，通过柴油发电机发电为受灾群众提供充电、补卡、饮水等现场服务，让受灾群众能第一时间联系上家人。中国移动云南公司将持续做好监控和应急保障，确保灾区通信畅通，全力以赴保障独龙江乡通信生命线。
