Prestige Estates Projects (BOM:533274, NSE:PRESTIGE) and its subsidiary Village De Nandi have exited their 100% partnership in Maheshwaram Land Holdings, according to a Tuesday filing with the Indian bourses.
The partners withdrew their fixed and current account contributions totaling 500 million Indian rupees. The firm had zero turnover in fiscal year 2025 and a capital base of 100,000 Indian rupees.
The exit was formalized through a reconstitution deed on June 3.
