KORE Group Holdings Inc. has announced the appointment of Anthony Bellomo as the new Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective June 2, 2025. Bellomo joins KORE from Mitel Networks Corporation, where he held various senior financial roles. He succeeds Paul Holtz, who stepped down from his position on May 30, 2025, and will remain as a non-executive advisor until June 30, 2025, to facilitate the transition.
