BlockBeats 消息，6 月 3 日，OSL 集团 (00863) 宣布，其全资附属公司 OSL Midaspay Limited 于 5 月 30 日与 Lau Shu Ming 签订购股协议，以 1500 万美元（约 1.17 亿港元）收购 Evergreen Crest Holdings Ltd 已发行股份总数的 90%。
交易通过发行代价股份支付，完成后目标公司将成为 OSL 集团的间接附属公司。目标公司目前正通过旗下附属公司运营数字资产交易所，并持有印尼期货经纪商牌照及加密货币交易商牌照。此次收购将为 OSL 集团进入印尼数字资产市场提供战略性通道。
