Foresight News 消息，以太坊基金会发布公告称，其 Protocol Research & Development（PR&D）团队将进行重组，并更名为 Protocol。新架构聚焦三大战略目标：扩展 L1、扩展 Blobs 和提升用户体验。其中 Tim Beiko 和 Ansgar Dietrichs 负责 L1 扩展，Alex Stokes 和 Francesco D'Amato 负责 L2 扩展，Barnabé Monnot 和 Josh Rudolf 负责用户体验改进，Dankrad Feist 担任战略顾问。同时部分 PR&D 成员将离开以太坊基金会，但鼓励其继续在以太坊生态中发展。
