Odaily星球日报讯 据官方公告，阿联酋证券与商品管理局（SCA）正式推出区域首个“Finfluencer”牌照，旨在规范数字平台上的金融内容创作。 据悉，该牌照适用于通过数字或传统媒体提供与受监管产品或实体相关的投资建议的个人。申请者需注册并遵守相关法规。为鼓励创新，SCA 宣布将在未来三年内免除该服务的注册、续费及法律咨询费用。 SCA 首席执行官 H.E. Waleed Saeed Al Awadhi 表示，该牌照不仅是监管措施，更是对数字金融快速发展的战略响应，旨在提升市场诚信、促进透明度，并营造可信赖的金融环境。
