《彭博》引述消息人士报道，新世界(00017.HK) 高层愈来愈忧虑香港国际机场附近的大型购物中心11 Skies的前景，受累于租户入驻的准备工作进展缓慢、航空公司不愿将航班转移到毗邻购物中心的二号客运大楼，以及经济前景不景气威胁到旅游业。
消息人士称，大中华区首间KidZania趣志家儿童职业体验乐园预计会于7月在11 Skies开幕，但目前11 Skies仅租出约四成，首批零售店可能要到年底或明年初才能开业。
新世界未有回应报道，香港机场管理局发声明称，扩建后的二号客运大楼将于9月起启用巴士及旅游巴士停车场。在明年3月至4月期间，会有超过10间主要营运短途及区域航线的航空公司将在此提供办理登机手续，而11 Skies亦计划于明年下半年分阶段开放。
据悉，有新世界高层认为，KidZania的开业或可吸引游客，并让其他租户有信心开始准备进驻。另外，当，二号客运大楼启用后，市场气势可能会有所改善，但11 Skies与机场一号客运大楼的距离加剧出租难度。(mn/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-02 16:25。)
