MRC Global Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 29, 2025. During the virtual meeting, stockholders elected Dr. Anne McEntee, Robert J. Saltiel, Jr., and Daniel B. Silvers as directors. The advisory vote to approve executive compensation was approved. The advisory recommendation on the frequency of the advisory vote to approve executive compensation was set to occur every year. The appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified.
