智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，维持翰森制药(03692)目标价32港元及“买入”评级。花旗指，翰森制药宣布已与美国公司 Regeneron就临床阶段GLP-1/GIP候选药物HS-20094达成授权协议。因此翰森将可获得：1)8000万美元的预付款;2)高达19.3亿美元的潜在付款，以及两位数的产品销售额特许权费。
这是翰森制药在过去两年内与全球制药公司达成的第四项授权协议，彰显了该公司成功的创新转型。中国创新制药公司在全球创新中发挥越来越重要的作用，截至2025年5月，约43%的交易(预付超过5000万美元)来自中国。野村认为，BD业务合作趋势未来可能持续。
