5月28日，国家金融监督管理总局江苏监管局公布关于中国银行股份有限公司宿迁城中支行的行政处罚信息公开表。

行政处罚信息公开表显示，因流动资金贷款管理不到位，中国银行股份有限公司宿迁城中支行被宿迁金融监管分局罚款25万元；时任中国银行股份有限公司宿迁城中支行行长祁金卫被宿迁金融监管分局警告并罚款5万元。
