金吾财讯 | 据媒体引述知情人士透露，截至5月30日新世界发展(00017)获得银行对其875亿港元(112亿美元)贷款再融资计划的60%书面承诺，当中包括超过20家银行提交了书面承诺。新世界上周五亦宣布，递延分派永续证券，涉及4笔证券，本金合共34亿美元(约265亿港元)，利息涉19亿港元。该公司此前表示，将不会在6月16日利率将跃升至10%以上之前赎回另一笔单独的永续债券。另外，新世界同时拟以其核心资产尖沙咀Victoria Dockside(维港文化汇)作为抵押，寻求最多156亿港元的3年期银团贷款，所得款项将用于提前偿还、偿付、购买或回购公司现有债务。
