消息面上，迈富时近日与宁波银行正式达成2025年度数智化转型战略合作。双方将充分发挥各自优势，共同探索数智化金融服务和精准营销新模式，在全链路运营与市场竞争中实现创新突破。5月15日，迈富时发布公告称，基于对公司长期价值的信心和投资者利益的维护，公司董事长、首席执行官兼控股股东赵绪龙先生及朱水纳女士自愿承诺自2025年5月16日起12个月内，不出售其所持有的公司股份。国泰海通证券表示，公司控股股东自愿延长锁定一年，彰显发展信心。
公开资料显示，迈富时是中国最大的营销及销售SaaS解决方案提供商。华创证券发布研报称，营销与销售是AI Agent的主战场之一，公司率先切入，引领国产CRM软件进入Agentic时代。迈富时依托自主研发的AI大模型与Agent技术，打造AI-Agentforce智能体中台。该中台涵盖了营销智能体、销售智能体、经营决策智能体以及搜索智能体等多款产品与服务，有望协助企业实现客户增长。
