本次融资所得将用于支持公司以比特币为核心的数字资产储备战略、营运资金及并购活动，进一步扩展其内容制作与 K-POP 相关业务。根据该战略框架，K Wave 将在特定限制条件下，将大部分融资所得用于比特币（BTC）的长期持有与收益优化——这使其成为全球首批将 BTC 直接纳入核心资金管理的上市媒体公司。此外，公司计划运营比特币闪电网络节点并投资比特币原生基础设施，以增强去中心化属性并获取链上交易奖励。
