路透6月3日 - 根据船舶追踪数据和委内瑞拉国家石油公司(PDVSA)的内部文件，委内瑞拉上个月的石油出口几乎没有变化，因为对中国客户的出货量增加，抵消了美国授权销售的下降。
今年3月，美国财政部和国务院撤销了近年来准许PDVSA的客户和合作伙伴从受制裁的委内瑞拉出口石油的授权，并要求这些公司在5月27日之前停止相关交易。
由于许可证到期，加上因付款不确定性而取消了向主要合作伙伴之一雪佛龙CVX.N的部分出口，PDVSA对美国和欧洲传统客户的出货量下滑。不过，中间商收到了更多运往中国的船货。
数据和文件显示，5月共有30艘船只从委内瑞拉水域出发，平均每天运载779,000桶原油和成品油，以及291,000公吨石油副产品和石化产品。
而4月的数据显示，委内瑞拉的石油出口量为78.3万桶/日。
上个月，中国是委内瑞拉石油的最大接收国，每日接收量约58.4万桶，高于4月的52.1万桶。美国接收量约为14万桶/日，略高于上个月的13万桶/日。

文件显示，在许可证到期后，PDVSA开始自行向亚洲出口博斯坎(Boscan)重质原油。在许可证到期前，该公司与雪佛龙联合生产的重质原油供应给美国炼油厂。
